The Morning After
Apr. 1st, 2006 02:03 pmLast night I went to a launch party celebrating my friend Julie Cohen's first two books, Featured Attraction and Being A Bad Girl.
There's some pictures of the event here. They were taken with the phone camera so the quality is rather dodgy.
I had a great time though, and mingled with a wide variety of people very happily. In keeping with the period cinematic theme of Featured Attraction the food provided was popcorn and chocolate raisins (very dangerous!) so when I staggered home at midnight some noodles from the excellent Singapore takeaway were called for.
