enitharmonUp to NINE 3s and 1s this morning. And I was right, adding an extra loop into the route helped me to forget that I'd run a bit longer.
It was warm and pleasant - though by no means summery - and there was enough breeze to take the edge off the warmth, so conditions were just about perfect. And it felt easier than the last couple of times, even though my extra loop introduced a long downhill followed by an almost interminable uphill (Walney my be low-lying but it is anythniong but flat!)
