I haven't been running for ages now. I was reminded of this with some embarrassment the other day when I went to the asthma clinic at the doc's and got weighed for my trouble.

So today I pulled on my running vest and shorts - which I found still fitted, much to my relief. Ok, I'm not as fit as I was at my peak but I managed seven sets of threes-and-oneses without too much discomfort. Even though some of the threeses were uphill.

Let's see if I can get back into the habit.
