One Year On
May. 23rd, 2007 10:22 pmOne year ago today I travelled up from Reading, collected the keys, and established myself in my new house. I was so optimistic then.
I spent most of today packing things in boxes ready to move out again. Things never turned out as well as I hoped, especially with the business, and I'm off to somewhere rather more modest. Not far away, mind. And I haven't given up hope of a revival of fortunes in the not-too-distant future.
It's a funny thing, life, isn't it!
