To answer your question - according to the calculator on weightlossresources.co.uk, these would be the calories burnt if I had done the same stuff (you will be lighter than me, so the calories burnt will be less!)
Running for 30 minutes, 6 mph - 411 (8.5 mph - 556) Hillwalking, up and down, recreational, 420 minutes - 2300
Note to self: must get and walk more! :-D
Looks lovely, the Old Man is one of the ones I've never done, when I was a VS Leader, we tended to walk nearer Keswick or Wasdale.
