enitharmonIt was only towards evening that the temperature nudged above freezing today, and it's been grey and dank all day.
It was -2C when I went out running this morning, and although I wore lots of layers it was a bad session again. My lungs felt almost fit to burst in the icy air.
I'm worried about Wokingham in just over a week. But I do want that medal!
According to the forecast it's going to get warmer over the next few days. Let's hope it lasts right through next weekend!
I'd have been better off in Shetland today!
